To open a Cafeteria Meal Plan account, please contact the Business office at (608) 355-5210 or Printable Form.

Please be sure to read this carefully before you proceed.

If you only want to add funds to a Wiscard account you do not need to register with the On-Line Card Office. All you will need to know is the person's 10-digit UW-Baraboo/Sauk County student ID number and the cardholder's name as it appears on the back of their ID card. If you are the cardholder and want full access to the site you will need to register.
